As we have moved to the next step on the government’s roadmap to easing Covid-19 restrictions, we wanted to share the positive news that we have been busy planning a number of different activities and events for the rest of 2021!

Some of these are still in the pipeline, but we’re working really hard to deliver projects which are aimed at encouraging everyone to get out, get active and get happy!

Here’s a taster of what’s to come right here on Rimrose Valley in the coming months:

  • Guided nature walks
  • Regular litter picks
  • Activities promoting physical fitness: including walking, running, cycling, football… and even a bit of kayaking!
  • Rimrose Valley’s very own Forest School!
  • Art club
  • Yoga sessions
  • Mental health & wellbeing sessions
  • Conservation projects

So please keep an eye on the events page of our website and our social media channels in the coming weeks to make sure you don’t miss out.

We also hope that there will be opportunities to volunteer to help deliver some of the above and other projects will no doubt happen throughout the year.  We’ll share more information on this in the near future as we’d love to welcome new volunteers to the team.  In the meantime, if this interests you, drop us a line here.

We’re really looking forward to seeing you back out on Rimrose Valley.  Until then, please continue to observe the restrictions that remain in place so that when we’re next together, things will be as safe as possible.  We know there’s a lot of uncertainty around at the moment, but we’re really hopeful that things proceed as planned.

Thank you.
