As you may be aware from our previous announcement here, there is 10K run (or walk, and a 5K option) – NATHAN’S 10K in Rimrose Valley Country Park is on the 17th September at 10 am. Len and Gail, the organisers, are looking for volunteers to act as marshals at various points along the route.
